It's a relaxed conversation, not a pitch. We go through where you're at, what you've tried, and what your goal actually is. By the end you'll know what a realistic plan looks like for you and whether coaching together makes sense. No pressure either way.

Most people who say this were following generic plans that ignored their actual life. On the call we look at what really went wrong and build around your schedule, your food, and your starting point. That's the difference.

Completely. A lot of clients start here having never trained properly. Everything gets built to your level and adjusted as you get stronger, so you're never left guessing.

No. Everything works from home with minimal equipment, and if you have a gym we'll use it. The plan fits what you actually have access to.

Less than you think. Most clients train three to four times a week, and sessions are built to fit around work and family, not take over your life.

No. If it's a fit, I'll tell you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too and point you in the right direction. You'll leave the call with something useful either way.
